Enterprise inquiries
Submitting the website form sends your contact details, organization, role and inquiry to advisory@zecititech.com through our Hostinger-hosted server and email service. The form does not use Formspree. Please exclude sensitive personal data and confidential project material. To protect the form from abuse, the server records a keyed hash of the connection IP address and submission time. Rate-limit entries expire after 24 hours and are removed on subsequent requests; the form does not set cookies.
Purposes and legal bases
We use business correspondence to assess requests, respond and manage prospective engagements. Processing necessary to take steps at an individual’s request before entering a contract relies on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Professional correspondence with corporate representatives and website security rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f): conducting business communications and protecting services. Processing required by law relies on Article 6(1)(c). We do not use an inquiry as consent to marketing.
Access and service providers
Access is limited to people who need the information to handle the request. Hosting and email service providers process technical information and correspondence on our behalf. This website does not send inquiries to Formspree. No advertising pixels or analytics are included in the website application.
Retention
We retain correspondence for the time necessary to handle the request and relevant follow-up. Where an engagement follows, applicable contractual and statutory obligations determine retention. Information needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be retained for the relevant limitation period.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent applies, it may be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland or your competent supervisory authority. Send requests to advisory@zecititech.com.

Providing information is voluntary. We may be unable to answer an inquiry without sufficient contact details and context. We do not make decisions about you solely through automated processing.
